UK network
Our UK network includes nearly 2,000 tradespeople including plumbers, drainage experts, glaziers, locksmiths, electricians, gas fitters, roofers, general builders and pest controllers.
All our tradespeople are vetted - checking that their public liability certificate is up-to-date; validating their relevant trade certificates; formally agreeing service and performance levels; training them in health and safety issues; and checking with the CRB that they don't have a criminal record.
Irish network
Our self-managed Irish network includes 77 agents working across all property trades in the Republic of Ireland and a further 17 In Northern Ireland.
Quality of work and service levels are continually monitored by customer surveys, and inspections of properties where we are involved in a repair take place either before, during, or after the work is completed.
