Bob Ewers, AXA Assistance UK and Ireland's CEO, talks about our company culture
"AXA Assistance is a company where there is a 'customer centric' culture. What does this mean? It means that, as a company, we want to become the 'preferred company' in the market and this will only be possible through the people who work for the company.
As an organisation we can replicate anything, from implementing the best processes, installing the best IT systems, through to having the best products, but we cannot replicate people, who are unique. By developing a strong culture around the people, we will make a huge difference.
I am committed to making sure that each individual voice is listened to and each person is given the means to contribute fully and do their best.
We must also make sure that the management in the organisation leads by example. I am convinced that if we succeed in this, we will succeed as a Company."
